Spicy food lovers with resilient taste buds will be in for a treat as this year‘s seventh Chilli Festival as it is to be held over two days, instead of one jam-packed Saturday.
Things heat up at 9am on Saturday morning – with the entertainment including dancers who will entertain visitors with various forms of dancing including line, belly and Latin American. All the popular Chilli Festival competitions will be back, including the highly entertaining chilli-eating contest. Prizes will also be awarded to whoever makes the best chilli jam and other chilli-based dishes.
For those who need to cool off, various stalls will provide drinks, ice-cream and other tasty treats.
Food for the “fainthearted” also available
